Case Study: The Tour, and Evermore
Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour has set an unprecedented milestone in music history. In collaboration with Virgil Garrett, I conducted a study analyzing its communication strategies and economic impact. Our research examined how social media interaction, fan engagement, and crisis management collectively contributed to the tour’s success. By delving into these innovative approaches, we sought to highlight the critical role of communication in entertainment brand management, and offer insights for future large-scale events in the industry.
