After a semester serving as an Account Executive in PR Lab for Spikewell, I collaborated with my teammates to compile our PR plan and outcomes. In this PowerPoint deliverable, we summarized the client's objectives, our tactics, measurable results, and key learnings from the mutually beneficial relationship we established with our client.

I researched in the communication strategies and business implications of Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour together with Virgil Garrett. In the slides, we concluded the background of the tour, highlighted our insights and presented with key statistics.

In this group project, my team and I delve into Sephora’s social media. Through analyzing its trends, social media presence, engagement, and sentiment, we conducted a comprehensive social media audit to Sephora. Our goals were to conclude insights from Sephora’s current social media performance, offer advice for its future social media growth, and cross-examine existing social media theories using this reputational beauty retailer as an example.

My responsibilities included building theoretical frameworks, extending research questions, and developing data analytic plan and execute it with SPSS. The PowerPoint is the excerpt of my part in the final deliverable.

ProBono is an annual hack-a-thon-styled communication event run by Boston University PRLab. Students will spend a night developing tangible PR plans for non-profit organizations. I had the opportunity to work for Women Changemakers For Education (WC4E), an Boston-based organization promoting and supporting female leaders in education, at ProBono. Noticing the high potentials of the fellows’ success stories, we pitched the Success Story initiative to further amplify the achievement of the fellows, drive engagement of WC4E, and advocate equitable educational opportunities.

I focused on develop storytelling strategies for various social media platforms, and curate success story for one of the fellows, Nana Ama Boa-Amponsem. Besides tailoring compelling stories, I also edited the layout of the success story flyers to add layering while maintaining its clean and simplistic style.
